We are a reference account for Rich Lohoefer and Lohoefer Construction

Shoddy, Incomplete work

Liar, cheat, fraud, incompetent, unskilled, con artist

(In our opinion of course)

You be the judge.

Rich Lohoefer Construction

Unreliable Contractor Novices

(Sarcasm below)

"Our cabinet makers don't know how to use rulers, squares, or even know how to build a proper drawer or front. We install all our cabinets without the bother of using squares or levels. That ensures a Custom look to your cabinets.

Our finish carpenters can't custom fit wood or cut it straight. Saw burn marks on the visible edges are just part of the Custom look. We don't use levels to install door frames to ensure that doors have lots of gaps and each side looks entirely different when finished. Without using rulers we save time and keep more of your money!

Our painters don't bother with masking tape, dropcloths, or puttyknives (fingers are good enough for this job). God forbid we would ever use sandpaper to remove blobs of putty we set with our fingers on the corners and nails heads. Dried drips of paint all over? No worrries. It's just part of the Custom look.

Without drops cloths on your hardwood floors we guarantee a nice Jackson Pollock look of paint smudges, drips, and blobs of paint."

Communication is Key (but a waste of time)

We will meet with your but won't take any notes and will install whatever we want wherever we want it. After all, we are "experts". Measured drawings you ask? We don't do them. And if we did, we wouldn't bother showing them to you anyways.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Or We Walk Away and No Money Back

If we screw something up we won't fix it. We just take your money and walk away. No questions answered.

Post harvey Rebuild of Our House

Additional Information

After over six months of work on our Hurricane Harvey flooded house our contractor Rich Lohoefer has not been heard of for over a two months. He does not return phone calls or texts. The last text massage we received was him stating that he "is not apiece of shit". You be the judge of that.

Our house needed all new floors, drywall, doors, trim, cabinets, showers, tile work, and paint.

Additionally we needed to upgrade certain electrical to Houston code.
